I went into my session assuming I was getting a chiropractic type adjustment to address chronic headaches and neck pain. I highly recommend seeing Hilary and craniosacral therapy. I went to her because I was experiencing symptoms after a head injury to my temple. I had vertigo, neck pain, neck stiffness, headaches, and tingling on my scalp for over an entire month. It has been severely impacting my day to day life.
