This was one of the most intense yet amazing things I’ve ever experienced. Hilary is so nice and comforting and makes you feel so supported. I didn’t have any expectations walking in but she blew my mind. Definitely coming back. For anyone that is skeptical, DO IT.
I had a wonderful experience with Hilary. She was a safe place my body could surrender, receive, and release. She explained everything to me. Her work if soft and gentle on the body.
