I went into my session assuming I was getting a chiropractic type adjustment to address chronic headaches and neck pain. What I encountered was a somatic emotional release that has almost completely healed/released my pain symptoms that I have suffered with daily for 3 years. I highly recommend seeing Hilary and craniosacral therapy. I went to her because I was experiencing symptoms after a head injury to my temple. I had vertigo, neck pain, neck stiffness, headaches, and tingling on my scalp for over an entire month. It has been severely impacting my day to day life. My session with Hilary was wonderful. I had been experiencing TMJ along with high stress levels. She made me feel comfortable right away and guided me through what to expect from our session. Hilary was able to relieve the tension in my jaw along with several other places I was holding tension that I did not even realize. Since our session I have been able sleep without pain or clenching in my jaw. I highly recommend for anyone looking for physical and emotional healing.

I’ve been working with Hilary for a few months now and I can honestly say she has changed my life for the better. I’ve been receiving different kinds of bodywork for years but craniosacral with Hilary specifically, has had a profound impact on my healing journey.
