It took me a long time to write this review because my experience with Hilary almost transcends words. She has a unique intersection of modalities available to her that allow her to totally serve one's body, mind, and spirit/soul in whatever way is needed. That is something so rare and valuable! Hilary is truly a special soul. She is incredibly gifted and intuitive. Very knowledgable and grounded as well. I cannot think of one person that would not benefit from seeing Hilary :)

She is so professional and has such a keen sense of sense of exactly what your body needs in order to help restore vitality and connection of body, mind and spirit. I have dealt with migraines for my entire adult life. After reading some studies that showed the efficacy of CST, I booked an appointment with Hilary to see if it helped, and it has! It’s been four months, and I haven’t had a migraine. We figured out that past physical trauma from when I used to ride horses (and fall off) was the likely culprit.
