I highly recommend the team of G and Naomi. I train with G and these are the things I appreciate about him: - Very friendly & personable - Extremely knowledgeable (I’m thankful for his martial arts skills given my Jiu Jitsu & wrestling interests) - I enjoy the wide variety of exercises which keep the workouts from getting stale - The stretching sessions are wonderful - G’s hands on training approach is motivating.
Coach G is an absolute standout! From the moment you walk through the door, his vibrant and welcoming personality immediately puts you at ease. He has a way of making everyone ..even complete beginners like me feel comfortable, secure, and excited to be there. Joining the small group class has helped me develop my boxing aptitude immensely and ignited my passion for self improvement. Coach G’s in depth understanding of boxing and martial arts is evident in his attentive and thoughtful coaching. This is not just a class but a community of people who all want to see each other succeed. I’ve felt so motivated in and out of the gym thanks to G’s mentorship. Could not recommend more.
