I found Jennifer when she was recommended to me by another therapist. I was in the middle of a major depressive episode and was looking for a DBT therapist. Jennifer is patient and kind but most importantly she has helped me learn how to manage my emotions.
I looked for a good therapist for years. I was so grateful to find Jennifer about 5 years ago and I am blessed to have her in my life. She made me feel very comfortable from the start, when other therapists made me feel judged. Jennifer has a calming ability to her and makes you feel like you are really being heard. I have overcome many obstacles in my 5 years with her and I look forward to continuing to overcome many more as the years go by with Jennifer by my side. Highly recommended.
I have been going to therapy since I was a senior in high school.. years and years of different therapies and nothing has worked until I found Jennifer. I am stubborn and doing the skills while anxious and depressed has been really hard but Jennifer has never given up on me or lost hope in me as a client.
