So sad I’m moving and won’t be able to come here anymore. Stephanie always took the time to go above and beyond, she even taught me how to do castor oil packs while I was there.
I had hear about Stephanie from a friend of mine, and going to her has been one of the best decisions I've made. Not only is Stephanie one of the kindest people I've ever met, she is extremely thorough and I leave there feeling amazing. She always seems to have the right ambience when it comes time for my appointment. The setting is always perfect! Highly recommend!

I recently went through an online program with Stephanie for pelvic floor health. The program was a combination of zoom calls, and emails guiding me through self care homework. I highly recommend this program to anyone working on releasing trauma, or those who suffer from pelvic pain or dysfunction. Stephanie was amazing and tailored the program to my individual needs.
