This was my first time seeing Jenna for wax services. She is extremely kind, very easy to talk to and made the experience so much better than previous experiences I've had at big chain wax studios. I am happy to have found someone close to home that is so wonderful!

This was my first time going to an actual salon and I had a positive experience! Erin greeted me with a friendly attitude and when I showed her a picture of what I wanted, she explained to me what she could do to match it the best she could. She is very knowledgeable and I felt comfortable and relaxed the whole time I was there. She did a very nice job on my haircut and the purple highlights I asked for, and gave me pointers on how to keep the color in as long as possible.
