The front-desk lady was extremely rude and unprofessional. Very poor customer service and an unpleasant experience. I appreciate you taking the time to review the feedback and responses so promptly. However, the Chinese or Korean lady at the front desk was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional.
