I had a bad experience today here at this shop , the owner miscommunicated on the price of the style I had wanted over the phone and tried to change up the prices when I got there I waited 1hour & half just to be service , when my appt was originally at 9 am but she changed it to 10 am , after I already sent the deposit and there was nothing said to me about a non refundable deposit because she was going to send it back and then switched it up when I got there . I’m going to be honest I was concerned about coming here because of all the bad reviews. I’m very glad that I gave them a chance though. The place itself is cute and clean, I didn’t have to wait at all, she braided quickly, and she did a great job with my knotless braids! The pricing is also good! I’m very happy with the outcome and I will definitely be coming back here again.

Service was amazing they finished my hair in 4 hours. My hair looks amazing would definitely come back and recommend this place :)
