Taking advantage of paying customers. That's what A&W is good at. Verify permits were pulled and never pay before work is completed. This company is not reputable.

I’m very disappointed with my experience with A&W Roofing and Restoration. After being fully paid, Arthur failed to complete a fence installation he was hired for. The work was left unfinished because he did not obtain the proper city permits, which should have been handled before starting the job. Since then, I have made many attempts to contact Arthur to resolve the issue and get the fence completed, but I’ve been ignored repeatedly. Poor workmanship and even worse customer service. Good luck getting them to communicate, fix mistakes or honor a warranty. Zero stars

A social media advertising company called ICON MEDIA just took $1500 dollars from us then stopped answering. And they are using this A&W company as a reference.
