Great experience in a lovely town. Highly recommend this nostalgic food drive inn.
So I don't know if anyone else has noticed how the Moscow A&W always makes you pull forward and wait in the parking lot for your food but it so counter productive I have basically quit going there! They are saying it cuts down on their window time.. Well it actually makes every customer wait longer for their food!! So how is that productive or even decent service!? It's a drive through! Stop making people wait 3 times longer than necessary for their food just so you can look good to the bean counters!

Amos, We are very sorry for the service you received. We assure you our intent is not for good window times and we apologize if that is what you were told. Our policy is to pull cars forward when the order is ready behind them, as we have some items that take 5-6 minutes to cook. During Covid we have become a bit more aggressive at pulling cars to keep our drive thru moving. Bring back old memories of day gone by. The carhops were wonderful gals, very cheerful. The food was great and the root beer floats were the best!
Service is always good. The food is hot and always great. love the curds!
