I was excited to live down the road from a&w, but the I’m two for two for times I’ve been there my order has been messed up. First time I got the wrong sized fry. I thought whatever. But second time I just waited 25 minutes for my chicken sandwich. All the other cars came up after me got their drinks right away, but I waited until after all of them left to get everything and it was the wrong order. The customer service was none existent, we felt the women taking our order was annoyed. The food was unflavored, over cooked and old. Not impressed, was my first breakfast there and I will not be returning for a lack of simple customer service along side bad food.
