We have visited several times and each time the service is very poor. Darn right sad to see employees goofing off insteading of filling orders. No hot foods were ordered - floats and freeze usually

The food is good. The service is less than spectacular. It's, by far, the slowest fast food restaurant around.
Cheese curds were really great. We loved the root beer floats .
Excellent food, very poor training of new employees. The worst is arguing over what you ordered. Also, a patron came in wearing a t shirt with very large letters. It was vulgar language. And it upset several cusomers He should not have been allowed to walk around kids. I do not feel comfortable bringing in my nieces and nephews. You are losing business. This is the 3rd time in 1 week we have had poor service. All new employees Goodbye A&W
