A & W RV Services are great. We got to Dothan late and set up in the dark. Went to turn on the a/c was out. We was roasting. called them in the morning. They not only told me what was wrong but how to fix it. They stayed on the phone til it was blowing cool air. Thank you very much again.

Last week, we had a problem getting our hot water to run through our hot water faucets. (Yes, we did have hot water.) Robbie knew the problem the minute my husband described it on the phone. Two days later, they arrived and fixed it quickly and charged a very reasonable fee. Very happy with the service and will not hesitate to call them again when needed.
Robert was very helpful over the phone and helped solve our problem better than the manufacturer of our RV. Got us back on the road with his guidance expertise in no time with over the phone troubleshooting! We Thank Robert very much!! Tony, Illinois
