Been there a few years, and I'm kind of disappointed. Many issues. Marvin claims poverty, eont pay their employees or give proper benefits. Lots of work for little pay. The more you work, the less other people do and they get the bigger raises.. They harp on speed, but the entire management does not have a CDL license!! You cant enforce, what you can not do yourself. I liked the 4 days but cant withstand 55 hours in 4 days every week, while 5 day guys get 4 hour runs and no windows.. Been there a few years, and I'm kind of disappointed. Many ups and downs, lots of changes. For the better? I dont know. But they need to review what employees want
I received a lead window grant that was Gratefully appreciated. The town said they would use the best custom wood windows Special order Marvin windows were ordered. After being oil primed and oil painted, In approximately 11 years these windows were totally rotten. Cheap finger joint construction. Called them and Marvin said "We can discount Replacements " Discount? They should if gave me the replacements. Go with Anderson if you want custom windows. They will last longer than 11 years
