Been there a few years, and I'm kind of disappointed. Many issues. Marvin claims poverty, eont pay their employees or give proper benefits. Lots of work for little pay. The more you work, the less other people do and they get the bigger raises.. They harp on speed, but the entire management does not have a CDL license!! You cant enforce, what you can not do yourself. I liked the 4 days but cant withstand 55 hours in 4 days every week, while 5 day guys get 4 hour runs and no windows..
