Unacceptable! My father died! I spent $110 to send my step mom flowers! No updates sent. I had to call to ask. Then she received 1 flower and all greenery!
They stated my order was delivered and it never was. I can not access a customer service person to help!

This site is a ripoff. They didn't deliver my mother's flowers for her birthday and she had just had to major strokes. PLEASE DO NOT use this site. If you notice as i did now its a home address on google maps, not a store. I'll be reporting to you to any agency I can.
