RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE. BEWARE OF PREDATORY PRACTICE… I picked up my vehicle from their shop and I was very disappointed at how I was treated and the condition my vehicle was left in. Truly exceptional service with Tristan Harris I took my brand new Genesis in for what I thought was a deeper scratch after cross country transport. Tristan not only made me feel understood, relaxed, and comfortable but all the staff was also so kind. He offered to write up the estimate before doing that. He wanted to check if he could first just clean it off make sure that it was actually a deeper scratch.
