After 5.5 weeks and four estimates which ended up more than triple the initial estimate, our car was deemed totaled. Insurance coverage for a rental was maxed out weeks before the determination. Communication was sparse and misleading. We were told several times that all parts had been ordered and repairs would be complete in 1-2 weeks.
