I got my wheels from my car stolen in their facility, and Rich did not care. Neither did he try to help me out. He was rude and wanted to make me accountable for the situation when I entrusted my property there. He didn't offer help. I had no car for a month. I had to call the corporation so they could take accountability for their actions.... read more
5 Star : My Experience Rich was very helpful in the process of dealing with the insurance company responsible for this claim. The repairs were excellent and the car looks great. Hopefully I will not need to have more work done, but would return if need be and would not hesitate to refer friends and family to A & W.
