Absolutely horrible experience. If you own a rental property steer clear of this place!! Kathy Mitchell failed to properly vet our tenant. The tenant caused over $10,000 in damages, including bursting the main water line to the home. Kathy failed to manage this property. Tenants were late 2 times for rent, and she never sent the required 3 day letter per Mississippi law. I had a dishonest, shady, unprofessional, bias, and untrustworthy experience with two females Michelle and Kathy that I personally dealt with at this company last month. So therefore I will NEVER do business with them....period! Michelle told me to exclude an applicant and put her down as an occupant and Kathy told me Michelle was wrong and should not have told me that. ?
