About two weeks ago, the dryer went out. I called this company and they came out that day. This was the 2nd time this year the element had gone out. I asked Adam if he knew what was causing it. It turned out that the vent cover was broken, allowing water to get in the pipe. There was no circulation at all through the pipe. I cleared the pipe and the dryer works 100% better now. I called Adam when my washer starting sound like a fighter jet. Not only did he come the same day I called, he even told me how to go about getting the parts as cheap as possible. I ordered the parts and he came the very next day to install them! Top notch service and reasonably priced!! Thanks Adam!!!

I have to say we were very impressed with this company and Adam! My husband called this morning to get my dryer repaired and got an appointment for 1:00; Adam showed up early, which rarely happens around here!!! He was very efficient and professional; fixed my dryer in no time and was reasonably priced! Couldn't have asked for better service! Would recommend him in a heartbeat!!! Thanks again!

He was there within an hour and sent us information about a class action lawsuit on our fridge. Thank you so much for not repairing it (like a previous repairman 2 weeks ago) and giving us the right information. Would recommend him to anyone!
