My experience with Lia at Avy Spa was exceptional. The treatment space was a relaxing environment. Lia effortlessly identified areas of deep tension, focusing her skilled attention in my shoulders, neck and back. I left feeling rejuvenated after my massage. It is a place I look forward to visiting again.
**UPDATE:** Following up on the prenatal massage I received here: it took me more than a week for my back to recover from the pain I experienced afterward. The facility responded by saying that I hadn't made any special requests and had simply asked for a regular prenatal massage. That's true - but that doesn't excuse the quality of the massage. Decided to try this place due to all the glowing 5 star reviews. As soon I entered the reception area I was asked to pay upfront for the massage and was told I can tip afterwards. The masseuse Yuki handed me a chart to mark areas I wanted to focus on. I specifically marked head and feet. The masseuse spent over 45 minutes on my back which meant no time for the two areas I had specially asked to focus on.
