Setup an appointment 2weeks ago for a front lift kit. Was there at opening at told “ready by day’s end”. Ubered home and back at 5pm, only to be told they hadn’t gotten to my truck. Me: “You could have called” Them: “Yeah, I got so busy” Me: “Yeah, so was I” Not a good way to be!
