Mechanic seemed very knowledgable and everyone very nice. After 8 calls to get a quote on the work needed doing I can only assume they didn’t want the work or was in the “too hard basket”. I totally get everyone is busy but so am I. Just tell me if you’d prefer not to tackle it. Have had to go elsewhere. Came recommended by a parts dealer. Disappointing.

I booked an appointment at 9 AM to check my VW Tiguan, but the mechanic refused to look at it at the booked time. Instead, he asked me to leave the car there so he could check it later, which was very inconvenient as I had to go home by Uber and then return, costing me $80. There were only two minor issues with the car: 1. A loose bonnet wire 2.
