I booked an appointment at 9 AM to check my VW Tiguan, but the mechanic refused to look at it at the booked time. Instead, he asked me to leave the car there so he could check it later, which was very inconvenient as I had to go home by Uber and then return, costing me $80. There were only two minor issues with the car: 1. A loose bonnet wire 2. Great honest service! These guys know what they doing and it’s hard to find someone to trust with servicing/ repairing your car but not a problem here! They look after you and your car!
I have been going to AVW for more than 6 years. I am more than happy with Dave's work. He has saved me plenty compared to Brand name repairs and servicing. He is genuine, but very busy. I will continue to take my cars there for as long as I can.
