elevator always broken. no wet paint signs or signs saying the elevator is broken. water always shutting off and changing temperature. and they never get around to fixing problem. Im trying to clean the paint off my coat and i can't because there is no water, and its 6:33 pm. so I can't even make food becuase there is absolutely no water. this is not the first time this happens. it happens at least once a month. Elevator break every two weeks.
