I have done business with Avtech in Florence for years and recently referred them to a friend of mine. The tech, owner, from Avtech came by and took a look at the computer. The lady was having trouble getting the computer to connect to the internet. He looked at it for a while and could not help. He was very annoyed because the machine, laptop, was operating with Windows Vista. He still charged her a sizable sum and told her to give him a call if she found out what was wrong with it.
