So nice to nice to find Dr. Bassin. He is very focused on his specialty. The is not a bunch of fluff and stuff. The whole office is sincere. I am impressed, and thankful.
I am not happy with how this Dr. treated me when I simply tried to get answers and understand my condition. He is short tempered and was not very helpful at all an making me understand things. I've had 3 appt's now and each one I have waited almost 45-45 min from my appt. time, to then only spend 5 min with him! I may look for a new doctor after this last visit. He should try harder to make a patient understand their condition and not keep saying that he told you something when HE DID NOT.
My experience with Dr. Bassin and the rest of the staff with A Plus Pulmonary Center was excellent. As a fellow health care worker, I was pleased with the way they quickly found me appointments, were thorough with their evaluations and tests, how they communicated their findings/recommendations and their overall professionalism. Would recommend them to others without hesitation.
Dr Bassin is an excellent, caring and very competent physician. I have been seeing him for over 10 years. He manages my sleep apnea and asthma. He is attentive, thorough and I have complete trust in his abilities. I highly recommend him. His office staff are outstanding as well and extremely organized.
Dr. Bassin is an excellent doctor. I accredit him for saving my life. I was sick for approximately three months and went to several doctors and no one could figure out what was wrong with me. I went to him as a referral, and I am so glad that I did. He did for me that many others before him could not do. I have full confidence in him and trust him with my life. He makes sure that all your concerns are answered, and no question is ridiculous with him.
My father was diagnosed with lung cancer, we were referred to a different pulmonologist, however I specifically chose Bassin after reviews I had read. We never got to meet until my father was hospitalized for plueral effusions. I'm certain he didn't even get the information from his clerks as he was only covering for the hospitals pulmonologist for the weekend. Dr. Bassin takes his time to thoroughly goes over your entire health issue. He explains what is wrong and what needs to be done. I have full confidence in him.
