I am writing this review out of extreme disappointment and frustration. I have been a customer here for 8 years, but after three separate incidents of items being stolen from my vehicle, I am absolutely done. On two prior occasions, my handicap placard was stolen from my center console after a car wash. Both times, I spoke with the owner, who was polite and offered a complimentary wash. Not great. Cheaper than most around me, but left very streaky glass and didn’t clean everything.
$115 for them to take their sweetttttt time, miss spots, throw things from my seats in my trunk (I’ve gotten my car washed many times never had that happen) and for not the best attitudes. I sat there for 2 hours and saw how some of them interacted with customers, there’s another review mentioning it too not too long ago.
I used to have a 5 star review but I had to change it… I’m not sure what’s happening but the service has gone significantly down hill…. Not only the customer service but the quality of service as well…. It used to be reasonable and good quality service but now it’s been SUPER slow service and the yelling at customers or the rolling eyes and the short answers have moved me to redo my review and now I will either wash my vehicles myself or go somewhere else. Please do better.
