Really bad and unprofessional service Bad customer service
After the tow truck driver picked up my car with short notice, and drove it to the auto service place my insurance recommended, I was met with an abruptly unfriendly and frantic seeming receptionist, who made it a point not to great me, but to instead let me know immediately after making eye contact, that they didn't work with insurance companies, and that they were busy. Highly recommend! We were travelling from Disney back to Tucson and ran into car trouble on I-10. Avra was selected by our roadside insurance to tow us to their show. Their mechanics jumped right on diagnosing our car issue and had us back on the road as quickly as they could.
