I’m a surgeon and my left eye vision started to deteriorate by the DAY two months ago now likely from a cataract (been through this before with my right eye).. Was lucky I thought to get an appointment with OCLI but as it turns out, this was a mistake. First I waited an hour and a half while dilated to be seen. Then Dr. O’Brien told me I have 20/20 vision (which I don’t) and that my left eye was fine (which it wasn’t). Then she refers me to her colleagues in Philly. Not very reassuring. Needless to say, as my vision continue... read more

I had  an upper blepharoplasty and upper brow lift from Dr Peter J Wong-OCLI on May 5 th to address droopy eyelids that were impacting my vision. Dr. Wong, Yolanda and his staff were wonderful; they explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable. The surgery was relatively painless, and while the recovery involved some swelling, bruising the final results exceeded my expectations. My eyes look so much more refreshed, and I can see so much better now. I highly recommend Dr. Peter J Wong, his staff at the surgical c... read more

I had upper blepharoplasty and brow lift  with Dr. Peter Wang from OCLI to address droopy eyelids that were impacting my vision. Dr.  Wang and his staff were wonderful; they explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable. Yolanda his assistant helped take the stitches out a week later. She was wonderful. She answered more questions I had about the recovery. . The surgery was relatively painless, and while the recovery involved some swelling, the final results have exceeded my expectations. My eyes look so much mor... read more

I showed up to the appointment that was made well in advance about 15 minutes early. I was taken back to the exam room. I waited, and waited and waited. I got up went to the door, and he came strolling by and acted like he could care less. After 1 hour, I left without being seen. What a very bad way to treat a patient. I would never recommend him to anyone.

Lady who booked me on the phone gave me the wrong information regarding my insurance. Receptionist was helpful at first but her tone quickly changed when the mishap occurred. I left and will not be coming back.

This review does not so much reflect on the particular office or doctor(s) but on the ease of making an appointment. I have been a patient of my particular ophthalmologist since 1983. For the last several years, his practice has been part of OCLI. All was well until I had to schedule my next yearly appointment. Doing so via phone is absolutely impossible. I keep getting the "we are experiencing higher than normal call volume" and "our team is currently assisting other patients, we are sorry for the long wait." I'm told that ... read more

Long story short, you'll wait for at least 1 hour (I waited over an hour and my husband wait 2.5 hours before getting up and leaving) and it's safe to say they'll take your copayment before you leave. Fair enough. BUT BEWARE - GET A RECEIPT AND KEEP IT IF YOU PAY CASH! I didn't take a receipt and it's haunting me since November! It's May! After several calls they figured out that they misspelled my name, and the payment wasn't recorded. They told me the issue was resolved and not to worry. A few weeks later I got a not... read more

Dr. Wittpenn was rude and inconsiderate/unprofessional to an elderly patient after the patient waited over 2 hours to see him. His response to the delay was a lecture that you don’t have to go to him and that it’s your choice. We can go to his associates or a competitor and ranted that if it was his choice he would raise the visit cost but he can’t since he is regulated. He made it sound like patients should be grateful to see him regardless of how long one wait?
