Poor customer service and efforts to help rude front desk lady car not in a good shape: hole under the driver's feet very dirty car, the auction marks were still on the car when we got in it was a month ago didn't get our 200USD deposit back , no new about the gas charges whatsoever
Old van services take to long service not good when i request
Our overal experience was great. We hadn't been to San Fran before and we had lots of questions. The man at the front desk answered all of our questions and was very helpful from start to finish. He even handled a very ignornant customer perfectly. I wish i knew the mans name who helped us since he deserves to know how much we appreciated his help. He was an african american with glasses. Not that it narrows it down much but hopefully he reads this and knows its for him.
