Big big hassle! Rented a van online with Priceline at a really good deal of a price. Upon pick up, the lady at the counter asked for a proof of billing with post-marked envelope as a proof of residence despite presentation of my California driver license! She said, since I booked with priceline, and not directly with them. she can not rent me the vehicle without the required proof of residence! What a..... #$!@&***!!!!!
