Timekah is absolutely amazing at Self Care Coaching. In just 4 sessions, she has been able to add more value than most therapists. After every session, I've walked away thinking, 'wow that was enlightening.' Her practical, catered and thoughtful approach has helped me so much. You can tell she has spent a lot of time refining her craft. Highly recommend - book your appointment before she blows up, haha!
