Black mold, 2 months after moving in 2021, living room ceiling fell from water damage. Fell down two more times every 6 months. Bathroom ceiling started leaking, black mold under kitchen sink. Move out in 2023 that apt still not fixed, MOLD SMELL THROUGHOUT THE BUILDING.
