Customer service is less than great. Do not recommend.
Tried calling multiple times a day for several days and could never get anyone to answer. Since I was relocating from out of state, I didn’t have time to waste, so I had to cross this place off my list. If it’s this hard to reach them just to apply, I can only imagine how bad it would be for maintenance or other issues later.
This has been the most stressful and disorganized rental application I’ve ever experienced. The process was supposed to take 48 hours, but dragged on for over two weeks with no clear communication. We called multiple times with no response, and only after my fiancé emailed asking about the denial did someone finally call back to confirm it.
