Avonlea Square was my home for 2 years. From the day I moved in until the day I moved out, everything was well-managed. The maintenance team resolved issues promptly, the corridors were cleaned regularly, and walking around the community always felt safe and peaceful. I’m glad I chose this apartment! it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made. Thank you, Avonlea Square. I miss this place so much.
The best apartments I have ever lived in. I have been here for about 6 months now. From the upkeep of the grounds to the urgency of maintenance no matter how small or big the issue is. I live on the third floor and the breezeways are kept clean. Everyone in the office is a breath of fresh air. I don’t know anyone’s name but it’s a male and a female. Thanks Avonlea Square!
Excelente Complex. La Gerencia y todo su personal hacen un trabajo muy bueno. Las personas de mantenimiento realizan un trabajo excepcional y a tiempo, sin mentir cada caso que coloco, no pasa mas de 5 horas y ya esta solucionado, las áreas de todo el complex super limpias y cuidadas, mensualmente realizan actividades de integración en el club house. I recently moved out of Avonlea, which I lived at for four years. The community was always clean and well maintained. As a single woman living on my own, I always felt safe, even when it was dark out and I needed to walk my dog. My dog and I like to spend a lot of our time outdoors, so it was nice to have a dog park and private access to a walking trail on the community.
