Joanna specially& Kerina, are polite, understanding, caring & gave me excellent customer service. The Avonlea is an excellent community to live in & have privacy. It is in an area you will love. I love it .
This a beautiful place to live. Well maintained, quiet, clean, and friendly from staff to neighbors. The staff has high expectations for themselves and the community. Good harmony.
Our AC stopped working at midnight. We called the emergency maintenance which said that it was considered an emergency. We got an automated voice call back that said they’ll come in the morning. It’s 90 degrees in the apartment. So we called again and said there was a leak. Guy called back and said because it was 1 in the morning, he “didn’t feel like coming out to check on it and that he would come in the morning.” I let him know it was 90 degrees and he didn’t care. I lived at this community for a little over two years, and it has truly been one of the best apartment experiences I’ve had. The front office staff is exceptional — CJ leads a highly professional, responsive, and friendly team that always made me feel supported.
