Our AC stopped working at midnight. We called the emergency maintenance which said that it was considered an emergency. We got an automated voice call back that said they’ll come in the morning. It’s 90 degrees in the apartment. So we called again and said there was a leak. Guy called back and said because it was 1 in the morning, he “didn’t feel like coming out to check on it and that he would come in the morning.” I let him know it was 90 degrees and he didn’t care. I live in apartment 4404 and someone has tried to break into my apartment a few times. The amenities are very outdated.
NOT SAFE I KEEP HEARING GUN SOUNDS AND NOTICING ALOT OF PEOPLE ARE MOVING OUT . A/C doesn’t work I can’t wait until my lease up. My door has a hole where you can see directly through it .
