The neighborhood seems fantastic, even for an older complex. Dyllan was especially good at his job! The units are spacious, feel newly remodeled, and reasonably priced for the area. Everything seemed well maintained, clean, and quiet. It also felt very safe… people were actually walking around and using the neighborhood in a welcoming way that felt like community. WARNING TO ANYONE THINKING ABOUT MOVING TO AVONLEA AT THE RIVER. This has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I have ever had with an apartment community. I paid $275 in application fees and after taking my money, the office completely stopped communicating.
