Lived there for years and they drove up the rent significantly year after year, they tell me its because of supply and demand. Rent got to expensive for an average looking, aging building. They also charged me for a new glass cook top due to visible wear, so if you cook at home, you will pay for that stove upon move out. Spent an entire day cleaning that place. They still found a reason to charge a clean fee because I forgot to dust the some of cabinets.

My husband and I lived here for 3 years and we can say we’ve lived very happily. This was our home. We only moved out bc we signed on a house. Staff was very sweet. Maintenance was always very quick to respond to our needs. The neighborhood felt safe and very family friendly. Our neighbors in building 8 were kind people. Would definitely recommend living here :)

Editing my review and taking out 3 stars for below reason: I decided to move out after completing one year at this community. I was charged a hefty amount for discoloration of glass cooktop (it was already marked as scratched in move-in checklist when I moved there). It was primarily due to years of usage (it was handed over to me in used condition) which should come under wear and tear category but they didn't agree to that and billed me for the same. ----------------------------------------------------------- I have been s... read more
