I have lived here since April and signed my lease back in February. Avonlea is such a welcoming and stress free community. From the leasing office to the neighbors. I have loved my experience!
Enjoyed our time there, office was very responsive and friendly. Enjoyed activities provided throughout the year.
I had a great experience living at Avonlea Creekside for 1 year! The facilities and my apartment were very nice and well maintained. My move out process was smooth and I wasn’t charged for anything unfair from my security deposit. I would definitely recommend!
I still can’t forget the racist act from the manager Jeff back in 2019 and how he disrespected my guests
Lived at Avonlea Creekside for the past 4 years and they have been the absolute BEST community to be a part of! They have the best looking apartments and they go out of their way to fix any issues IMMEDIATELY as I have never had to wait more than a few hours to get anything resolved. The staff is truly the best with Marcelina Abreu heading the charge as the Property Manager and she goes out of her way to make sure that the community is being kept to the highest standards, prior to her, they had Stephanie and she was outstand... read more
