I would not recommend this property to anyone, especially families or pregnant women looking for a safe and professionally managed place to live. I will be attaching photos because people deserve to see the reality of what I experienced while living here. I had maintenance problems from the beginning of my lease. Very spacious and it looks like a great community.
Absolutely terrible experience with this apartment complex and their management. If i can give 0 stars I will. They are extremely uncooperative and constantly put you in frustrating loopholes. It feels like their whole system is designed to squeeze as many fees out of you as possible. Every step of the process comes with some new requirement or charge that was never clearly explained upfront. The move-out process has been the worst part. Lack of privacy. They let people have cameras on the front door, pointing directly to the front door neighbor. So your neighbor knows how many times you go in and out of you apt, knows your schedule, of you have visitors. Clearly knowing at what times the apartment is empty and for how long. On top of that is the question of where all of this is uploaded in what servers, who has access to this information, how long this is saved, if this is encrypted or just in their personal computers or cloud.
