I still can’t forget the racist act from the manager Jeff back in 2019 and how he disrespected my guests
Lived at Avonlea Creekside for the past 4 years and they have been the absolute BEST community to be a part of! They have the best looking apartments and they go out of their way to fix any issues IMMEDIATELY as I have never had to wait more than a few hours to get anything resolved. I toured and applied to an apartment at this location. Was very upfront and communicative about my transitioning to my new job before applying, but was assured that all would be needed is an offer letter which I had. Once I applied, the leasing team tried to pull everything in the book to deny my application. I reached out to them almost everyday about updates and the response was "Okay, thank you sending that over, but now we need this."
