I toured and applied to an apartment at this location. Was very upfront and communicative about my transitioning to my new job before applying, but was assured that all would be needed is an offer letter which I had. Once I applied, the leasing team tried to pull everything in the book to deny my application. I reached out to them almost everyday about updates and the response was "Okay, thank you sending that over, but now we need this." This team has the biggest heart! There is always a helping hand and warm smile when you walk through the door. They provide a very clean and friendly environment, while simultaneously maintaining a professional and urgent approach to both everyday requests and unforeseen events. You can clearly see that their goal is to instill a sense of happiness, tranquility and respect throughout the community.
Love the staff. Amazing amenities and beautiful apartments with the friendliest maintenance crew. Absolutely recommend living here!
