I do service here (shout out to Blake, he's great), but we don't buy parts here. I did need some help with identifying part numbers though so I called in and was connected to Armando. He initially tried to tell me I was wrong and that there weren't 2 separate ABS parts for our 2013 Toyota Prius (I buy 30 sets a year, we have over 200 of these cars) until I actually gave HIM a sample part number and then he tried to tell me it was a completely different part. They rip you off when it comes to replacing a hybrid battery. The battery alone is almost $5,000.00 and then for a 2 hours install they want another $2,300. Their labor charge is normally $195.00 per hour. Oh and they only give a 3 year warranty. Never buy an Hybrid or EV, or plan on sending it to the junk yard at 110,000 miles. They also have no payment plans for their rip off pricing.
