I travel a lot for work, and love taking care of my Mazdas. This crew is by far the best Mazda parts counter across AZ, NM, and TX. Lowest prices, best availability, and great online parts catalog. They use RevolutionParts which makes buying parts online better than any other method (not an ad, genuinely good job by RP). Even though most of my time is spent in Texas, I still make sure all of the parts for my Mazdas come from Horne.
We will never buy another Mazda again—this experience has been a nightmare. We purchased a 2021 Mazda CX-5 brand new, and it’s turned out to be nothing but a lemon. The vehicle has had multiple issues and recalls, and to make matters worse, the service experience has been just as disappointing. Well, we will never buy another Mazda again... We bought a 2021 Mazda CX5 brand new and it has turned out to be a lemon and the service has been not the greatest. Recently the car started to experience shorts with the driver door acting up, we took the car to the dealership for diagnostic and repairs.. well, they come back and say the repairs cost $7000! Turns out the door harness connector had corrosion and the pins broke. They said it had opain over spray from whoever worked last on the vehicle. So, we go to the body shop ... read more
