This might be the first bad review I've ever given to...well anything. At least online anyway. But this place is a bit ridiculous. Roaches in the summer, police wander the place at random, and the maintenance work/workers might be the worst I've ever seen. Hell sometimes I don't see them. If you call them there is a 20 percent chance of them showing up, and a 10 percent chance that they'll actually fix anything. Fridge has shut down 4 times, food gone bad, money wasted. Extremely slow to fix things dealing with the same problem for going on 3 months now. Mold out of control in unit. 2 out of three bedrooms affected. Late fees are excessive compared to other apartments I've dealt with. Please do not move here! The reviews are real. They are mosnters Marquis Forest rebranded themselves to Avondale Forest Apartments. The apartment complex had murder, fires, and constant maintenance problems.
