She made my son’s very first dental visit a positive, calm, and genuinely happy experience—he walked out smiling and proud! Dr. Haefner is warm, patient, and great at explaining things in a way that puts both kids and adults at ease. Even in just a few visits, she’s earned our trust. Highly recommend!
Dr. Wendy was the only dentist in Charleston that I trusted to safely remove my dental amalgams with the SMART method. Highly suggest her if you need your mercury fillings removed. She is very knowledgeable, skilled and kind!

I can’t recommend Dr. Haefner enough! She is incredibly attentive and truly takes her time with every detail. I had a full set of braces in the past and always thought I would be permanently stuck with leftover glue on my teeth. Every other dentist rushed through it, but she actually sat with me and carefully scraped off every last bit. My teeth are the smoothest they have ever been in my entire life.
