I recently visited Avondale Estates and was very impressed with the community. The property was clean, well maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The office staff was friendly and professional, and it was clear they take pride in the community. The grounds looked great, and the maintenance team appears to do an excellent job keeping everything in good condition. After my visit, I can see why so many people choose to call Avondale Estates home. It made a wonderful first impression!
They don't take of maintenance problem's or repairs at all. They have a resident in apartment 40 who family members enter into the residents apartments after they leave. He also hides in the attic of building H. He be smoking weed and breaking into people apartments takeing their personal belongings.
This is a senior apartment complex you would think they would care for the safety of the residents wouldn't you? Apparently not, we recently had a severe winter storm & they did nothing to pre-treat the sidewalks or parking lot. The maintenance guy said he was not given money for salt or anything & was told to just take care of around the office. I am very disappointed in the way the residents are treated, the safety of these seniors should be priority #1! SHAME on the company that owns this complex.
Chelsea was very helpful showing me several units and then again showing me the 2 I was interested in so I could make a decision . She helped me with the paperwork and submitted it to compliance in a timely manner. I met Maintenance, Bill and Gary and they were very friendly. I am looking forward to moving in and being apart of this community!!
Maintenance took care of my heating problem in a timely manner.
