Chelsea was very helpful showing me several units and then again showing me the 2 I was interested in so I could make a decision . She helped me with the paperwork and submitted it to compliance in a timely manner. I met Maintenance, Bill and Gary and they were very friendly. I am looking forward to moving in and being apart of this community!!

My mother has been living here for several years. Since new management has taken over timely maintenance has been an issue and the Constant inspections from the staff of the units have been entirely too often. Which makes her feel like she has no privacy. In the beginning, she was very happy and pleased with Avondale Estates, but here lately it’s not been the case.
