This place will scam you. I took my car to get the AC evaporator replaced on my challenger. Thankfully, I received a text link to go over and approve the service; if it were not for that, I would have paid an extra $362.
Rude service advisor, wanted to charge me $170 diagnostic fee to reset something simple and told me I would have to wait at least 5 days before they could even get to my vehicle, when I asked if they could see if another LHM dealership could get me in quicker, he told me to do it myself… so I went to a different LHM dealership & they fixed my problem within 5 mins of arriving AND did it for free! Regret buying my truck from this LHM dealership in Avondale if this is the kind of service they provide…
The service dept is one of the best I have ever been to. Robert Carter always takes care of my truck with no hassle. I highly recommend him as your service advisor.
LMD is a great dealership to deal with. Russ in service is always helpful and friendly.
