It's been a dream come true for us from the start. We have had the best team aboard for this project. Alex was terrific from day one and he was then transferred to another building site where, Zorinel then took over, Our project managers Jesus and Julio, The Pulte insurance team, Loan consultants Brian and Caitlynn Orne. The entire team and process was spot-on and our house is everything we wanted.
Good location and amenities. People at sales center are kind and give you fast and clear mortgage calculation. Terrible pricing and mediocre build quality. Houses are tightly built, interior quality of the houses are low, even though they are somewhat upgraded(tiles, cabinet etc.). I saw a 2 Bedroom lowest end model for 840k with 7% interest rateMake it sense. They also have specials for quick move ins but discount doesn't matter because houses are already priced high.
Working with Divosta in SE Florida has been a horrible experience. In addition to multiple errors and delays during construction the warranty team (Boris and Julie) has been a nightmare. They go back on their word, they have insulted us directly, they have refused to fix items that are covered under warranty and are clearly not meeting code. We have even been told that we shouldn’t expect good quality if we bought a “Toyota” and not a “Lexus” and we’re talking about a luxury development. I would never recommend anyone to mov... read more
Since we moved in to the new house a week ago, we have been enjoying it. Special shoutout to sales rep Zorinel Diaz and construction manager Chris Fahey for their outstanding work that have truly reflected their commitment to the success of building a new house for their customers. Their timely responses to our questions or concerns are really appreciated.
