Avondale resident of 14+ years here! I love this complex. I also hate moving but mostly I am so comfy here. 2 bedrooms, one with a bathroom in it and full bathtub! 🛁 The other is just as spacious and then I have my high ceiling living room, wood TONS OF CABINETS SPACE like top and bottom. I store my life in there lol. Wash and dry in the unit all the good stuff! Big patio..for all my plants and animals to sun bask. Animals are flexible policy in my experience! Do not waste yout time inquiring about an apartment with Avondale. The property manager Tony is extremely rude and racist, and the property owners Pacific Capital Management refuse to address the issue. Every day brought a new problem with him, and it felt like he was constantly looking for reasons to evict us even with rent paid every month. And privacy is nonexistent here, as the property manager will invade every aspect of it with surprise inspections, going through everything in your apartment. He’ll open closets, drawer... read more

I have lived at the Avondale Apartments for over 5 years and I have been very happy. The manager is great and ensures our community is safe, fun, family-oriented, and clean.
don't move here if you want to be scared for your life. Gun shots almost every month. Crazy people with cars busting donuts in the middle of our street and just plan out people that don't even live here can walk into this apartment since the gated door is busted with no lock. they want to charge over $2000 to love here also. Crazy. Just goes to show what, and who's important here. Not the people who pay rent on time. This place is becoming a nightmare to live.
