My husband and I rented a one bedroom for the summer months in order to spend time with family. The apartment was spacious with a large bathroom and a very functional kitchen that had updated appliances, including a washer and dryer. I recently moved to Avondale Apartments and couldn’t be happier. I have lived in numerous complexes over the years and Avondale is the best experience I have had. From application to move-in to daily living, I have been completely satisfied. Senior Manager, Anthony Rodgers, was so welcoming and made the application process easier by promptly responding to any questions. I’ve had a great experience living at Avondale so far. Anothony has been genuinely helpful and attentive from day one — they walked me through all the paperwork and important details clearly, which made moving in so much easier as a first-time renter. The pool area is beautiful and well-maintained, and the community overall is quiet and peaceful, which was exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend if you’re searching for a place in the area!

Great place to live, tucked into the suburbs of greenhaven/ pocket area me and my girlfriend would say this is the best apartment complex we ever lived at. Apartments layouts are designed well and the grounds are always kept tidy. Tony the manager is the pinnacle of what apartment managers should be, always making sure the residents are comfortable and safe within the gates of Avondale apartments we were sad to leave.

I recently moved in here and the move in process with the help from Tony was very smoothe. I booked a tour with him and he helped me throughout the whole process and was very responsive which I am thankful for. I can tell that he cared about getting me into my new place and also was transparent about the fact that he enjoys keeping this property taken care of so if you’re someone who is looking for a Very safe and nice area where complex is well taken care of I suggest touring here.
