The Avondale Apartments is in a great location & offer great views from your apartment. Everyone in the front office is pleasant. Crystal is a great assistant property manager, and has such a pleasant demeanor. However the upkeep of the building has went down. Some Tenants are allowing their dogs to relieve themselves on the elevator and in the hallways. The customer service at Avondale is amazing!!! The staff is helpful and friendly. Crystal, Barbara, Mr. C, Samuel, and Eric, creates a pleasurable experience while living at Avondale.
The apartments are nice and the building amenities are very good. Enough is not said about the great management staff and maintenance crew.
