With our new insurance through Hartford Healthcare (Eye Med), this provider was listed as a "plus provider." My wife and I were forced to switch providers due to this insurance change. During our evaluation, a number of tests were performed unnecessarily, just because issues such as itchy eyes or taking a statin were identified on the history form.
