Friendly reception team and professional staff put me quickly at ease despite a daunting amount of work being needed on my long-neglected teeth! Dr Agnes Tan took care of me over 3 visits so I could space out the expenses and finally get the fillings I'd been avoiding for years. Painless, communicative and efficient without feeling rushed. I feel lucky to have found a great local dentist after moving out of the city.
I made a appointment with them to have a tooth removed, I told them I was taking warfin blood thinners I asked if ,I need a INR Test for my blood level they,said no I said are u Shaw because I live 80klms away got there then told me I had to have ,a INR TEST no older than 24 hours old. So was not happy that I had to drive home arrange a INR TEST at my Doctor then next day return to have tooth removed then drive the 80klm return trip home 🏡. Avon Valley Dental is all about the highest quality care I have ever encountered! I highly recommend this practice for their absolute professionalism and patient care and satisfaction! Very organised n pleasure to go there I have been attending this practice for many yes n highly recommend it All staff are very friendly and accommodating My dentist is exceptionally a wonderful dentist and personally puts me at ease
I am extremely anxious when attending the dentist but today I had a very hard extraction done with Dr Joy she was amazing calmed me down and work very professionally. Thank you Dr Joy for making me feel calm I will certainly be seeing you again.
