I was worried before coming here because of all the bad reviews, but I had no issues here. The staff was really nice and took good care of me. I felt like I needed to give a good review to balance out the bad ones.
Dr. Adnan and the Urgent Care Staff did a fantastic job of helping my son after a ski accident. They were caring, thoughtful and quickly helped ease his pain!
Great service from the moment I walked in. The front desk was friendly and quickly got me registered. Valerie, Pepper (PA), Brenna (student) and Raphael were caring, efficient, thorough, and skilled. Thank you for the wonderful care.
Very disappointed. Went in on a Monday. Really nice people so a star for that, but 1) never called in my prescription 2) left a message on Tuesday. It’s Saturday. This is not healthcare. Would be nice to get my $75 back.
This urgent care is a joke. Avoid at all costs. I needed medication, went in the morning, spent money and it’s almost 5pm and I’m still waiting on my prescription. I called them about 10 times, left messages, finally had to physically go back in. An hour later I still do not have my prescription. What a joke this place it’s. A bunch of money hungry uncaring individuals. Avon- do better.
