I have lived in the valley for several years and after my last few experiences with the urgent care and talking to other locals who share similar sentiments, I will not be utilizing their services moving forward. Came here for a week from Texas and found myself in need of care for a bad case of altitude sickness. We got there at 7:30 right before they closed, and had virtually no wait time. Less than 10 minutes between walking in and being assessed, treatment maybe 5 minutes after that. Staff was friendly, bringing some laughter and ease to a bad situation. A neighbor referred me to Avon Urgent Care. I thought that I may have had the Flu or Covid? After testing it Turned out that it was just a cold. The check in went smoothly, and all of the staff were experienced, friendly, and very nice to work with.
