I have been working for Avon Trails KinderCare for two years. My first year of experience was great, and I had a great old director, Miss. Anna was nice to me, but when I returned from college. We had a new director, Diane. At first, she was nice to me on my first day before she became the new director. Now, when I got back from school, her actions became different. It's so nice
I was searching for childcare before taking in 2 toddlers. I called and had multiple questions right off the bat. I spoke with Diane and she was very helpful, polite, and offered to set up a tour to help get me started. The conversation felt inviting and respectful. When there is openings for what I need, definitely will be my 1st choice!
Called Kindred Care base off the emailed I received from Diane but it seemed like she was more pleasant over email then over the phone. She seemed like she didn’t have any patience or time to talk with me so I wouldn’t want my child in the facility.
