Incredibly disappointed in the lack of resolution of my complaints, unprofessionalism, and lack of accountability taken. I stored my stuff here for TWO YEARS(2023-2025). I would go periodically and take or place things within the unit. typical conditions nothing special, mostly gated although sometimes the 'locked gate' would be left open - however locks are required on your unit, so I never made a big deal about it. Don has been so helpful and responsive and it was so great to be able to do everything online. My storage unit was totally spotless when I opened it for the first time and I felt the facilities were clean!
